Calvary greetings to you in the name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
We, the above named congregation need your generous financial assistance in our efforts to rebuild our meeting place as well as the preacher’s quarters which was demolished by the Lagos State Government March 14th, 2024.
The Lagos State Government exercised its powers of eminent domain to reclaim our property, due to its proximity to upscale neighborhoods and the rapid gentrification of the environs, without any abatement notice, hence the urgency of this appeal.
Our goal is to acquire 2 and half plot of land for building a new meeting and the preacher’s quarters. The estimated cost for two & a half plots (1500 sqm) of land, with documentation and other inclusive fees, is N950,000,000 (Nine Hundred and Fifty Million Naira), equivalent to USD650,000.
We humbly seek your generous financial support to enable us attend to this unprecedented need to purchase land and erect a new meeting place for worship. We pray and hope that God will use you as a vessel of honour as you heed this clarion call.
